Give DeepSeek Harness eyes: a

Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-vision
Set apiKey (or OPENAI_API_KEY), or point baseUrl at a local OpenAI-compatible
endpoint such as Ollama (http://localhost:11434) with a vision model.
